Section LXXXV-505 - License Renewal Late FeeA. Any license renewed after the published expiration date stated in R.S. 37:1424 shall be subject to an additional late charge of $150 as a late fee for each applicable expired year.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXXXV-505
