Section LXXXV-1417 - Judicial Review of AdjudicationA. Any person whose license, temporary permit or certification, or application for licensure, temporary permit or certification, has been denied, revoked or suspended or otherwise disciplined by the board shall have the right to have the proceedings of the board reviewed by the state district court for the parish of East Baton Rouge, provided that such petition for judicial review is made within 30 days after the notice of the decision of the board. If judicial review is granted, the board's decision is enforceable in the interim unless the court orders a stay.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXXXV-1417
