Section LXXXV-1217 - Revoked CertificateA. A person whose certificate of approval has been revoked pursuant to R.S. 37:1554 must reapply for a new certificate.B. A person whose certificate of approval has been revoked pursuant to R.S. 37:1554 shall not be issued a new certificate unless approved by a majority of the quorum of the board.C.
