Section LXXXIX-901 - ReciprocityA. The department, upon receipt of an application and the required license fee, will issue a license to any person, firm or corporation who holds a valid driller's license from any other state, provided the standards under which the license was issued are at least equivalent to those of Louisiana and provided that the state which issued the license will accord similar privileges to the licensed Louisiana drillers who may wish to apply for a license from that state.La.
