Section LXXI-1103 - Failure to Take ExaminationA. Except for an emergency situation approved by the board, failure of an applicant to take the examination after being duly notified shall automatically cause the applicant's temporary permit to immediately become null and void. The applicant shall have to pay the appropriate fee for the renewal of the temporary permit.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXXI-1103
