Section LXX-6303 - AuthorityA. As mandated by R.S. 34:1041 et seq., these rules and regulations, are promulgated by the board, in accordance with the Louisiana Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq., for the purpose of adopting rules, regulations and requirements for pilot oversight of New Orleans and Baton Rouge steamship pilots, apprentices and any association comprised thereof.La.
