Section LXX-6105 - Rules, Records, Meetings, ApplicationA. All board rules must be adopted by a majority of the examiners. The board shall maintain records in accordance with R.S. 44:1 et seq., and all other state laws. The board shall conduct its meetings in accordance with R.S. 42:4.1 et seq., and any other state laws.B. The board shall hold quarterly meetings on the call of the president or by a majority of the examiners. The president has the prerogative of calling additional meetings as needed to conduct business upon giving proper notice, as required by law.C. Any formal action taken by the board shall be by a majority vote when there is a quorum present. A majority of the board constitutes a quorum.D. These rules shall apply to all applicants, apprentice pilots and New Orleans and Baton Rouge steamship pilots.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXX-6105
