Section LXVI-1123 - Expiration of LicenseA. Every license issued by the board under this Chapter, the expiration date of which is not stated thereon or provided by these rules, shall become null, void and to no effect on May 31, of the second year following the year of issuance.B. The timely submission of an accurate and complete application for renewal of a license, appropriate documentation of completion of required continuing education hours and payment of appropriate fees shall operate to continue the expiring license in full force and effect pending issuance of the renewal license.La.
