Section LXV-111 - Administrator of the BoardA. To dismiss the administrator of the board, a resolution to dismiss shall be made at one regular board meeting and shall be voted on at the next regular meeting. Twenty days must transpire between the first meeting and the second meeting, and a two-thirds vote of members present and/or voting by proxy shall be necessary to carry out this resolution.La. Admin.
