Section LXIII-301 - SchoolA. A "school" or "college" approved by the board is a university or other institution of higher learning which at the time of the granting of the doctorate has met §301 B, C, and D:B. is an institution accredited by a regional body that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education;C. has achieved the highest level of accreditation or approval awarded by statutory authorities of the state in which the school or college is located;D. offers a full-time graduate course of study in psychology as defined in the regulations.La.
