Section LXIII-101 - Definition of Resident
A. A resident of the state of Louisiana for the purposes of this Act is a person who:
1. is domiciled in Louisiana; or
2. practices psychology in the state of Louisiana for a period of time exceeding 30 days in any calendar year.
