Section LX-3921 - Reinstatement of Suspended or Revoked LicenseA. The board is authorized to suspend the license of a licensed marriage and family therapist and the license of a provisional licensed marriage and family therapist for a period not exceeding two years. At the end of this period, the board shall re-evaluate the suspension and may reinstate or revoke the license or provisional license. A person whose license or provisional license has been revoked may apply for reinstatement after a period of not less than two years from the date such denial or revocation is legally effective.La.
