Section LX-2315 - RecusalA. Any board members or professional assistance program committee members who participate in any manner in any particular professional assistance program case shall recuse themselves from voting in any subsequent application or disciplinary matter involving the licensed or provisional licensed professional counselor or licensed or provisional licensed marriage and family therapist who is the subject of such professional assistance program case.La.
