Section LX-1327 - Disciplinary Costs and FinesA. The board may assess and collect fines not to exceed five thousand dollars for violation of any causes for administrative action as specified in Section 1301B. The board may assess all costs incurred in connection with disciplinary proceedings including but limited to the costs of an investigator, stenographer, legal fees, or witness fees, and any costs and fees incurred by the board on any judicial review or appeal, for any licensee who has been found in violation of any causes for administrative action as specified in 1301.C. After the decision of the board becomes final and delays for judicial review have expired, all costs and fees must be paid no later than ninety days or within a time period specified by board.D. The board may withhold any issuance or reissuance of any license or certificate until all costs and fees are paid.E. A person aggrieved by a final decision of the board who prevails upon judicial review may recover reasonable costs as defined in R.S. 37:1106(D)(2).La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LX-1327
