Section LX-105 - VacanciesA. The governor shall fill, within 30 days, for the remainder of the term, any vacancy occurring in board membership for an unexpired term from a list of qualified candidates as prescribed in Section 1104(C) of R.S. 37:1101-1122.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LX-105
