Section LVII-721 - Complaint ProcedureA. A request for a hearing on a complaint before the Board of Private Investigator Examiners shall contain the following:1. the full name, address, and telephone number of the person requesting the hearing;2. the full name, address, and telephone number of any person whose interest could be affected by the hearing;3. a plain and concise statement of the complaint;4. a receipt showing a copy of the complaint has been sent to the person, or to a statement from the executive director stating that a copy of said complaint had been delivered to the person named in the complaint;5. all complaints or requests for a hearing before the Private Investigator Examiners Board, must be made by certified or registered mail to the executive director or the PI Board.La.
