Section LIX-805 - InvestigationsA. The board may investigate the actions of any licensee. The investigation shall be conducted for the purpose of determining whether a licensee is in compliance with R.S. 37:3270-3298 and the rules herein.B. An investigation conducted by a duly authorized representative of the board is not to be construed as an inspection of files as described in §803. C hereof.
