Section LIX-805 - InvestigationsA. The board may investigate the actions of any licensee. The investigation shall be conducted for the purpose of determining whether a licensee is in compliance with R.S. 37:3270-3298 and the rules herein.B. An investigation conducted by a duly authorized representative of the board is not to be construed as an inspection of files as described in §803. C hereof. It is an investigation of alleged violations by a licensee or registrant as a result of a complaint and is exempt from written and verbal notification.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LIX-805
