Section LIX-105 - Consumer InformationA. Minutes of all board meetings shall be made available to the public upon written request to the board. A monetary fee may be assessed in accordance with division of administration rules and regulations.B. Complaints to the board shall be in writing, signed by the individual making the complaint, and include a means by which to contact the individual for investigative purposes.La. Admin.
