Section LIV-393 - Decision of the Board [Formerly Section 337]A. The decision of the board shall be reached in the following manner: 1. determine the facts established by the evidence presented in the hearing;2. determine whether the facts in the case support the charges brought against the respondent; and3. determine whether charges brought are a violation of the Practice Act or board rules.B. The vote of the board shall be recorded. A majority of the quorum of the board in attendance at the hearing shall be necessary to render a decision, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Minority views may be made part of the record.C. Sanctions against the respondent shall be based upon the findings of fact and conclusions of law determined by the board.
