Section LIV-377 - Initiation of Complaints [Formerly Section 331]A. Complaints may be initiated by any person or by the board on its own initiative. A licensee is obligated to report to his supervisor or employer, and to the board, violations of the Practice Act, board rules or the minimal standards of acceptable and prevailing physical therapy practice as defined in §123B. Failure by a licensee to report such violations to his supervisor or employer and to the board may subject the licensee to disciplinary action.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LIV-377
