Section LIII-1721 - Drug Abuse Treatment Center Pharmacy PermitA. A drug abuse treatment center pharmacy permit shall be required to operate a pharmacy department located within a drug abuse treatment facility for patients of that facility. The permit shall be applied for, and renewed, in the manner prescribed by the board in Chapter 11 of this Part.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LIII-1721
