Section XXXI-105 - SeverabilityA. If any Section or provision of this Chapter or the application of that Section or provision to any party, situation, or circumstance is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction for any reason, such adjudication shall not affect any other Section or provision of this Chapter, or the application of the adjudicated Section or provision to any other party, situation, or circumstance.
