Section XV-9709 - Annual Submission of ProjectsA. The office shall cooperate with OSM in the development of the annual submission of projects by providing the information required for use by the director in the preparation of his requests for appropriation of monies for the state reclamation grants. The schedule for such estimates shall be determined by OSM on an annual basis. Funds required to prepare the annual submission of projects may be included in administrative grants under 30 CFR 886.12.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XV-9709
