Section XV-6713 - Voluntary DismissalA. Any party who initiated a proceeding before the commissioner may seek to withdraw by moving to dismiss at any stage of a proceeding and the commissioner or his authorized representative may grant such a motion.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XV-6713
