Section XV-2115 - Applications: Notice and Hearing for Development of More Than 250 TonsA. The commissioner shall notify the applicant, the appropriate local government officials and other commentors on the application, in writing, of his decision to approve or disapprove the application. If the application is disapproved, the notice to the applicant shall include a statement of the reason for disapproval. The commissioner shall provide public notice of approval or disapproval of each application, by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the general vicinity of the proposed operations.B. Any persons with interests which are or may be adversely affected by a decision of the commissioner pursuant to §2115 A, shall have the opportunity for administrative and judicial review as set forth in §925 of the Act or these regulations.La.
