Section XV-2107 - General Requirements: Data Gathering Activities of More Than 250 Tons

A. Any person who intends to undertake data gathering activities in which more than 250 tons of coal will be removed shall be required to obtain a development operations permit in accordance with §2111 and all data gathering activities shall be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of the regulations applicable thereto.
