Section XV-1909 - Permit FeesA. Each application for a surface coal mining and reclamation permit pursuant to a regulatory program shall be accompanied by a fee determined by the office. Such fee may be less than, but shall not exceed, the actual or anticipated cost of reviewing, administering and enforcing the permit. The office may develop procedures to allow the fee to be paid over the term of the permit.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XV-1909
