Section XV-519 - Appeals ProcedureA. Employees have the right to appeal an order for remedial action under §517 and shall have 30 days to exercise this right before disciplinary action is initiated. 1. Employees other than the commissioner may file their appeal, in writing, through procedures established by the Department of Natural Resources.2. The commissioner may file his or her appeal, in writing, with the director who will refer it to the Conflict of Interest Appeals Board within the United States Department of the Interior.La. Admin.
