Section XIX-919 - Effect on Overall Authority of the Commissioner of ConservationA. This order shall not be taken or construed to limit or restrict the authority of Commissioner of Conservation to require the furnishing of such additional reports, data or other information relative to the production and processing of gas in this state as may appear to him to be necessary or desirable, either generally or specially, for the prevention of waste and the conservation of natural resources in this state; nor to limit or restrict the authority of the Commissioner of Conservation to waive the filing of any report or reports otherwise required hereunder in any special instance wherein the Commissioner of Conservation finds that such waiver is necessary to prevent undue hardship or imposition.La.
