Section XIX-827 - Drilling Alternative Source WellsA. The possession of a Louisiana Water Well Contractors License is not required for the installation of alternative source wells. Drillers of alternative source wells shall have the professional knowledge and expertise to successfully complete all aspects of installation of alternative source wells in a safe and environmentally protective manner in accordance with the requirements of this Chapter.La.
