Section XIX-705 - Failure to ComplyA. Operators of operations and activities defined in §701 are required to timely comply with this order. Failure to comply by the due date of any required fee payment will subject the operator to civil penalties provided in title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, including but not limited to R.S. 30:18.La.
