Section XIX-429 - Annular DisposalA. The commissioner may approve annular disposal of saltwater for a period of one year. The applicant shall provide the commissioner a radioactive tracer survey (accompanied by an interpretation of the survey by the company who performed the test) to prove that the injected fluid is entering the correct zone and there are no leaks in the casing. The applicant shall furnish the commissioner an economic study of the well and the economics of alternative methods for disposal of the produced saltwater.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XIX-429
