Section XI-4945 - ReportsA. The commissioner may from time to time require the owner or operator of a carbon dioxide pipeline or facility falling under his jurisdiction to file such reports as are reasonably necessary in the proper administration and enforcement of these regulations. All reports required to be submitted by the commissioner shall be on forms approved by him and filed in accordance with schedules set by him. The commissioner may at his discretion grant extensions of time to file said reports upon good cause shown.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XI-4945
