Section XI-1945 - Reports
A. The commissioner may from time to time require the owner or operator of a carbon dioxide pipeline or facility falling under his jurisdiction to file such reports as are reasonably necessary in the proper administration and enforcement of these regulations. All reports required to be submitted by the commissioner shall be on forms approved by him and filed in accordance with schedules set by him. The commissioner may at his discretion grant extensions of time to file said reports upon good cause shown.
B. In addition to the reports required by Chapters 9-19, each operator of a carbon dioxide pipeline or facility shall annually file by April 1 of each year an updated map of its facilities depicting the location and size of all compressors and pumps, all points of connection between such facilities and pipelines of other persons, all major points of supply, and the nominal size of all lines. If none of the above data has changed during the preceding year, the operator shall so notify the commissioner in writing by April 1.
