Section XI-1339 - Fail-Safe ControlA. Control systems for components must have a fail-safe design where practical from good engineering practice. A safe condition must be maintained until personnel take appropriate action either to reactivate the component served or to prevent a hazard from occurring.La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XI-1339
