Section XI-139 - Requirements for Disposal of Water Resulting from Coal Slurry Pipeline Operations under Section 723(G) of the ActA. Water used in the transportation of coal by pipeline to any point in Louisiana shall conform to regulations of the Office of Environmental Affairs of the Department of Natural Resources prior to its discharge into rivers or streams or holding pits from which seepage can occur.La.
