Section XI-105 - Applications Not Requiring Public NoticeA. Applications to the commissioner for which no public notice is required shall be made in writing and shall be in the form required by the commissioner and shall contain such information as is required for such applications under the applicable regulations.B. If, in applicant's opinion, the public interest requires immediate action, the applicant may request a decision by telephone, and if approval is granted, the application must be submitted in writing within 72 hours thereafter.La.
