Section I-2901 - Aggrieved Parties; Right to HearingA. The secretary shall not unreasonably withhold approval of a site-specific trust account. Any party who applies for a site-specific trust account and who is aggrieved by the decision of the secretary may request a hearing and finally judicial review in accordance with the hearings and appeal process established in Part I Chapter 1 of Title 43 of the Louisiana Administrative Code in the general rules and regulations in the Office of the Secretary.B. Any party who is aggrieved by a decision under this Part by the commission, the secretary, or the assistant secretary, shall be entitled to a hearing and appeal process as set forth above.La. Admin.
