Section XV-571 - MerchandisingA. Each retailer agrees to offer no less than four instant games for sale to the public at all times if four or more instant games are available from the corporation. The retailer shall use a lottery ticket dispenser for the sale of lottery tickets, and shall place the dispenser in a prominent location in the retail establishment near the cash register or checkout area. The retailer shall prominently display point-of-sale materials supplied by the corporation, including door decals, game posters, display tickets, danglers, change mats and lighted interior signs, unless the corporation agrees otherwise in writing. The retailer shall make lottery tickets available, and shall provide for redemption of winning lottery tickets, for the full duration of the retailer's normal business hours, provided that the hours for redemption may be subject to limitation on the availability of validation of winning lottery tickets by the corporation.La.
