Section XV-1171 - GeneralA. The corporation is required by R.S. 47:9104 to establish and maintain rules providing for the withholding of sports wagering prizes of persons who have outstanding child support arrearages or delinquent debt as reported to the corporation. Pursuant to that mandate, these rules are intended to provide general guidelines concerning the withholding of lottery prizes of persons with outstanding child support arrearages or delinquent debt.La.
