A. The corporation may develop forms for permit applications requesting all such information required by law or that the corporation deems necessary or appropriate to evaluate applicants. The corporation may require that such application be completed, executed, acknowledged, notarized or any of the foregoing, and that an officer of the applicant execute and acknowledge or notarize any oath that the corporation deems necessary or appropriate.La.
