Section VII-511 - Limitation on Active Accounts; Obligations to PlayersA. A licensee shall: 1. limit each authorized player to one active and continuously used account and username;2. implement rules and publish procedures to terminate all accounts of any player that establishes or seeks to establish more than one username or more than one account, whether directly or by use of another person as a proxy;3. publish and facilitate parental control procedures to allow parents or guardians to exclude minors from access to any contest or platform. The procedures shall include a toll-free number to call for help in establishing such parental controls;4. make clear conspicuous statements that are not inaccurate or misleading concerning the chances of winning and the number of winners when referencing the chances or likelihood of winning;5. permit any player to permanently close an account registered to the player, on any and all platforms supported by the licensee, at any time and for any reason; and6. implement measures to protect the privacy and online security of players, their account, and their personal financial information.La.
