Section III-4715 - Capital Replacement FundA. The casino operator shall establish a capital replacement account to be funded in the manner mandated by the casino operating contract. In the event the contract upon which the funding requirements are established expires or terminates, the casino operator shall fund the capital replacement account as ordered by the board.La. Admin.
