Section I-2211 - Storage LockersA. A licensed commercial lessor may furnish a storage locker or cabinet to an organization for its gaming supplies; however, the locker shall be constructed in such a manner that supplies cannot be removed without a key or undue effort and damage to the cabinet or lock.B. No commercial lessor, employee, or agent thereof shall have access to a storage locker or cabinet used by an organization for storage of gaming supplies. If the lock is furnished by the commercial lessor, all keys shall be given to the organization.C. Reasonable locksmith's fees may be assessed to any organization that loses the key or fails to return the key upon vacating the locker.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § I-2211
