Section I-1955 - General Penalty ProvisionA. Any violation of any provision of the Act or any rule of the division for which a penalty is not specified may be cause for denial, suspension, or revocation of a license or permit and/or a fine of not more than $5,000.La. Admin. Code tit. 42, § I-1955
