Section XVII-1521 - Equipment LeaseA. Subgrantees shall follow the Louisiana Procurement Code for the lease of any equipment in part or totally by CSBG unless their own lease requirements or federal lease requirements are more restrictive.La. Admin. Code tit. 40, § XVII-1521
