Section XIX-101 - PurposeA. Funds appropriated by the legislature to the Community and Technical Colleges Investment Fund are available exclusively to the Louisiana Workforce Commission for use in efforts to ensure the responsiveness of state community and technical colleges toward meeting the needs of Louisiana's businesses and industries and the needs of Louisiana's citizens for the development of a quality workforce.La.
