Section XIII-149 - Grievance ProcedureA. Each service delivery area grant recipient and its subrecipients shall adopt a procedure for resolving any grievance including those alleging a violation of the Act, federal or state regulations, or other agreements under the Act. These procedures shall be in compliance with 20 CFR Part 627 Subpart E and shall be made a part of the service delivery area Job Training Plan. All grievance procedures shall provide for the exhaustion of remedies provided therein before appeal to the governor for review.La. Admin. Code tit. 40, § XIII-149
