Section IX-527 - Reinstatement of Program RegistrationA. Any apprenticeship program deregistered pursuant to this plan may be reinstated upon presentation of adequate evidence to the director of apprenticeship and state apprenticeship council, that the apprenticeship program is operating in accordance with this plan.La.
