Section III-307 - Ineligibility for ReimbursementA. Any entity required by law to make an annual payment or payments into the fund, but which has not made such annual payment or payments, shall be ineligible for reimbursement from the fund for injuries occurring during such period of nonpayment of assessment.B. Except as provided in R.S. 23:1378(A)(7), any entity that is not required by law to make an annual payment or payments into the fund shall be ineligible for reimbursement from the fund.La. Admin.
